Oral Health Camp, Gurukul Indraprastha, Faridabad: 25-07-2011

Oral health camp was conducted by the department at Gurukul Indraprastha on 25-07-2011. 100 patients were screened and oral hygiene aids were distributed. The team was led by Dr. Vineeta Charan. 

Tobacco and oral health awareness program- KV 1, NIT 4, Faridabad

An extensive three day long oral health awareness and tobacco awareness program from 14 to 18 July 2011 was conducted by the department of public health dentistry at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 at NIT - 4 at Faridabad. It consisted of power point presentation and a short documentary film about ill effects of tobacco followed by discussion and question-answer session with the students. Health talk to maintain oral health and proper brushing technique was also given to the students.

The program was coordinated by Dr. Rohit Raj under guidance and motivation of Dr. Meena Jain and Dr. Ankur Sharma.
